摘要
试验旨在探究栽培密度对水稻产量及高效群体构建的影响。以理想株型粳稻新品种辽粳1499为试材,设置4个移栽密度处理(M1-M4),分别为30 cm×13.3 cm、30 cm×16.7 cm、30 cm×20 cm和30 cm×23 cm。分析单位面积有效穗数、穗长、穗粒数、结实率、千粒重、产量等指标。并在分蘖盛期,孕穗期和灌浆期鉴定群体的抗病水平;测量群体的叶绿素含量、叶面积指数和干物质积累量。结果表明:随着种植密度的增加,辽粳1499的分蘖数、结实率、穗长、穗粒数、千粒重等指标有所下降,但单位面积有效穗数显著提高。综合各方面因素,在M2密度处理(30 cm×16.7 cm)的产量最高,达680.87 kg/667m^2,灌浆期光合效率也相对维持在高水平。试验表明辽粳1499是相对喜肥品种,在辽宁中部稻区最适宜的栽培密度是30 cm×16.7 cm。
The aim of the experiment is to explore the effects of different cultivation densities on the yield and the construction of high-efficiency group.Liaojing 1499,a new japonica rice variety with ideotype was used as the material for this experiment.We set four transplant density treatments(M1-M4),which are 30 cm×13.3 cm,30 cm×16.7 cm,30 cm×20 cm,and 30 cm×23 cm.We identified some agronomic character indexes of the four treatments,including resistance level,panicle number,panicle length,grain amount per head,seed setting percentage,1000-grainsweight,etc.Besides,the chlorophyll content,leaf area index and dry matter accumulation in the tillering stage,booting stage and filling stage were detected.The results indicate that the index of tiller number,setting percentage,panicle length and 1000-grains weight decreased as increasing planting density,but the number of effective panicles increased significantly.Based on all the data,the yield of M2 density treatment(30 cm×16.7 cm)is the highest,reaching to 680.9 kg/667m^2,and the photosynthetic efficiency during the filling period remains at a high level.The experiment results show that Liaojing 1499 was a variety of fertilizer favorite,whose most suitable density is 30 cm×16.7 cm in the middle region of Liaoning province.
