摘要
由于奥氏体不锈钢与中铬钼钢线膨胀系数的差异,奥氏体不锈钢集箱管接头与中铬钼钢管连接后在高温工况运行时会产生较大的热应力,引起连接处的破坏。通过选择适当的镍基焊材及采用膨胀系数在二者之间的过渡段进行过渡,可以有效降低连接处的热应力。本文使用有限单元法计算不同连接方案的热应力,并进行分析评定,从而设计出奥氏体不锈钢管接头与中铬钼钢管连接的最佳方案。
As the different linear expansion coefficients between austenitic stainless steel and medium chromium molybdenum,high thermal stress will be generated at the joint part between nozzle of austenitic stainless steel headers and medium chromium molybdenum pipes,which will cause failure of the joint parts.The thermal stress can be reduced by using proper nickel based welding consumables or choosing proper transition pipes that linear expansion coefficients interposed between austenitic stainless steel and medium chromium molybdenum.In this paper,different connection methods are calculated by using finite element method,and appropriate connection methods are proposed.
