摘要
基于供应链概念下的VMI给库存管理提供了一个重要思路,供需双方可持续减少因不确定的独立预测而产生的商流、物流和信息流的浪费,从而降低供应链总成本,是供应链“横向一体化”的体现。鉴于海上油气田的库存管理现状和物资管理特点,引入VMI可有效改善海上油气田库存管理工作。
VMI based on the concept of supply chain provides an important idea for inventory management.Both sides of supply and demand can reduce the waste of business flow,logistics and information flow caused by uncertain independent prediction,so as to reduce total supply chain costs,which is the embodiment of“horizontal integration”of supply chain.In view of the inventory management status and material management characteristics of offshore oil and gas fields,the introduction of VMI can effectively improve the inventory management of offshore oil and gas fields.
