摘要
通过运用文献资料法和数理统计法等对常州工学院参与体育保健课的学生身体情况、行为动机、参与程度和保健课的不足之处进行研究。结果显示:参与体育保健课的学生体质情况堪忧,先天病理性约占25%;30%是做完手术恢复;25%是运动损伤,恢复后即可参加正常体育课;15%是身体肥胖和瘦弱;5%是身体残疾。教学内容主要为健身气功和太极拳,适量增加恢复性慢跑;多数保健课学生表现自卑,需要加强沟通与交流,适当增加体育锻炼,消除自卑心理,培养终身锻炼的习惯。
By using the methods of literature and statistics,This paper studies the physical condition,behavior motivation,degree of participation and the deficiency of health care course of students in Changzhou Institute of technology.The results showed that:the physical condition of the students who took part in the physical health course was worrying,with congenital pathology accounting for about 25%;30%of them recovered after surgery;25%of them were sports injuries,and they could take part in the normal physical education course after recovery;15%of them were obese and emaciated;5%of them were physically disabled.The main teaching contents are body building Qigong and Taijiquan,with moderate increase of restorative jogging;most health care students show inferiority,so they need to strengthen communication and exchange,increase physical exercise appropriately,eliminate inferiority and cultivate the habit of lifelong exercise.
