摘要
目的研究湿化学法制备氧化锌/多孔氧化石墨烯(ZnO/HGO)复合材料,构建肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)电化学免疫传感器用于食管癌患者血清中CEA的检测。方法利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对氧化锌/多孔氧化石墨烯复合材料进行表征,采用循环伏安法(CV)、差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)和交流阻抗法(EIS)研究CEA在该传感体系中的电化学行为。结果结果表明,该电化学免疫传感器对CEA的检测在0.1~40 ng·mL^-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.07 ng·mL^-1(S/N=3)。结论ZnO/HGO电化学免疫传感器用于食管癌患者血清中CEA的检测,效果良好,为食管癌的临床诊断提供了应用前景。
Objective To study the application of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)immunosensor in the detection of CEA in the serum of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Zinc oxide/porous graphene oxide(ZnO/HGO)composite was prepared by wet chemical method,which was used as a platform to construct CEA electrochemical immunosensor.The ZnO/HGO composite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The electrochemical behavior of CEA was studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV),differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)and Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Results The results showed that the ZnO/HGO electrochemical immunosensor displayed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~40 ng·mL^-1 for CEA,and the detection limit was 0.07 ng·mL^-1(S/N=3).Conclusion ZnO/HGO electrochemical immunosensor can be used to detect CEA in serum of patients with esophageal cancer,which provides a prospect for clinical diagnosis of esophageal cancer.
