摘要
完善农业科技成果转化供求机制有利于提高我国农业科技成果转化为现实生产力的效率。文章简要分析了我国农业科技成果转化的主要方式,以及我国农业科技成果转化需求较低、农业科技成果供给不足的现状,并通过加大农业科技成果转化宣传力度、健全农业科技成果转化运行体系、建立农业科技成果转化奖励机制、出台农业科技成果转化支持政策、拓宽农业科技成果转化供求渠道等措施,完善我国农业科技成果转化供求机制,以确保我国农业经济水平得到有效提升,促使农业经济实现良性发展。
Improving the supply and demand mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation is conducive to improving the efficiency of transforming agricultural scientific and technological achievements into real productivity in China.This paper briefly analyzes the main ways of agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation,and the current situation of low demand for transformation and insufficient supply of agricultural scientific and technological achievement in China.Through measures such as strengthening the propaganda,improving the operational system,establishing an incentive mechanism,issuing support policies,and broadening the channels of supply and demand,to improve the supply and demand mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation,the level of China’s agricultural economy development will be effectively improved.
