摘要
采用无水碳酸钠+硼酸混合溶剂熔融样品,水浸出,加盐酸蒸干后,于盐酸介质中加动物胶凝聚,过滤.沉淀灼烧称重.滤液中的残余SiO2采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪进行测定.按照此实验方法对钢渣样品进行测定,测得SiO2的回收率在98.9%~100.8%,相对标准偏差<1%.实验结果表明,该方法精密度高,结果准确可靠.
The mixture of anhydrous sodium carbonate and boric acid was used to melt the sample,which was leached by water,evaporated by hydrochloric acid,condensed by animal glue in hydrochloric acid medium and filtered.The precipitate is burnt and weighed.The residual silica in the filtrate was determined by ICP-AES.According to the experimental method,the steel slag samples were determined.The recovery of silica is 98.9%~100.8%,and the RSD is less than 1%.The experimental results show that the method is accurate and reliable.
