摘要
目的探讨人工全股骨置换术结合腹主动脉球囊阻断术治疗股骨恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法采用人工全股骨置换术结合腹主动脉球囊阻断术治疗2例股骨恶性肿瘤患者。记录术前和术后1、6个月疼痛VAS评分、Harris评分。术后1、6个月采用下肢功能MSTS评分评价患肢功能。结果术中平均出血量500 ml,平均手术时间280 min。患者均获得6个月随访。术后1、6个月VAS评分、Harris评分及MSTS评分均改善。结论人工全股骨置换术治疗股骨恶性肿瘤能有效保留肢体功能,改善生活质量;结合腹主动脉球囊阻断术可以减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of artificial total femoral replacement combined with abdominal aortic balloon occlusion in the treatment of femoral malignant tumor.Methods Artificial total femoral replacement combined with abdominal aortic balloon occlusion were used to treat two cases of femoral malignant tumor.VAS and Harris score were recorded at preoperation and 1,6 months after operation.Lower limb function MSTS score was used to evaluate the function of affected limbs at 1,6 months after operation.Results The average intraoperative blood loss was 500 ml,and the average operation time was 280 min.The patients were all followed up for 6 months.The scores of VAS,Harris and MSTS were all improved at 1,6 months after operation.Conclusions Artificial total femoral replacement in the treatment of femoral malignant tumor can effectively preserve limb function and improve quality of life;combined with abdominal aortic balloon occlusion can reduce intraoperative blood loss and shorten operation time.
