摘要
孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一组以社会交往障碍和行为异常为特征的神经发育性疾病,以社会交往障碍,语言交流障碍和兴趣活动内容局限及行为方式刻板重复为主要临床表现,给家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担和精神压力,李宜瑞教授认为本病发病机理为先天禀赋不足或产伤导致的多脏器损伤,脏腑损伤以心脾肾亏损为主,常兼心火偏盛,肝阳偏亢及痰瘀闭窍。本病症状繁多,病机复杂,多为虚实夹杂之证,执简驭繁,临床上辨证分型分为心脾两虚,心神失养、脾肾亏虚,痰浊蒙窍、肾阴亏虚,肝阳上亢、心肝火旺,痰热内扰4个证型。治疗上重视健脾思想,常常结合心理疏导及生活调摄,往往取效显著,附上验案一则,以供参考。
