摘要
目的分析不同检验方法在细菌性阴道炎中的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1~6月深圳市罗湖区人民医院妇产科诊断收治的150例疑似细菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用细菌性阴道炎快速检测法、乳酸杆菌检测法、pH检测法、胺试验检测法对患者阴道的分泌物进行检测,比较4种检测方法的检出率、灵敏度、特异度。结果细菌性阴道炎快速检测法的检出率、灵敏度、特异性均高于乳酸杆菌检测法、pH检测法、胺试验检测法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在细菌性阴道炎患者的检验中,应优先选用细菌性阴道炎快速检测法,其临床检验效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of different test methods in bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 150 patients with suspected bacterial vaginitis admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,People′s Hospital of Luohu District in Shenzhen City,from January to June,2018,were selected as research objects.Bacterial vaginitis rapid detection method,lactic acid bacillus detection method,pH detection method and amine test detection method were used to detect the vaginal secretions of patients.The detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of the four methods were compared.Results The detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of the bacterial vaginitis rapid detection method were higher than those of lactic acid bacillus detection method,pH detection method and amine test detection method,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the bacterial vaginitis test,the bacterial vaginitis rapid detection method should be given priority,the clinical test effect is remarkable and has high clinical application value.
