摘要
将内蒙古岩沥青作为改性剂与SBS改性沥青共混,通过高温剪切法制备岩沥青/SBS复合改性沥青防水卷材,研究了沥青防水卷材的基本性能、抗氯离子渗透性能及耐久性。结果表明,内蒙古岩沥青中含有较多的重质组分沥青质和灰分,会增强改性沥青的热力学稳定性;随着内蒙古岩沥青掺量的增加,沥青防水卷材的耐热性、耐久性及抗氯离子渗透性能显著提高,但对低温柔性有不利影响,因此岩沥青的掺量不宜过多。
The Inner Mongolia rock asphalt were selected as modifier,and the Inner Mongolia/SBS composite modified asphalt waterproofing materials were prepared through the high temperature shear method.Moreover,the technical performance of waterproofing materials,resistance to chloride ion permeability and durability were studied,respectively.The results show that Inner Mongolia rock asphalt contains a lot of heavy components of asphaltene and ash,which can enhance the thermodynamic stability of modified asphalt.With the increase of the content of Inner Mongolia rock asphalt,the heat resistance,durability and chloride penetration resistance of asphalt waterproof rolling material have been significantly improved,but the low temperature flexibility will be adversely affected,so the content of Inner Mongolia rock asphalt should not be too much.
