摘要
目的探究缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法本次一共纳入我院收治的100例原发性高血压作为研究的对象,入选时间为2018年1月至2019年3月,进一步按照随机盲选法分成两个不同的组别,每组平均为50例。其中,对照组患者给予氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果①治疗后,观察组24hSBPV、24hDBPV均低于对照组,两组数据有显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。②观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,观察组的不良反应发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的12.00%,两组数据有显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义、③治疗前,在ET、NO两项指标水平方面,两组均无明显差异(P>0.05);经积极治疗后,观察组ET水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组,两组数据有显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论在临床中,采取缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压疾病患者,安全高效,可控制血压水平,进而改善很好质量;因此,值得在临床治疗工作中推广及使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital were selected from January 2018 to March 2019.They were further divided into two groups according to random blind selection method,with an average of 50 cases in each group.Among them,patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine,while patients in the observation group were treated with valsartan and amlodipine.Results(1)After treatment,SBPV in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24 hours,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(12.00%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(12.00%).There was no significant difference in the level of NO between the two groups(P>0.05).After active treatment,observe The level of ET in the group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of NO in the group was higher than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine is safe and efficient in the treatment of essential hypertension,which can control the level of blood pressure and improve the quality.Therefore,it is worth popularizing and using in clinical treatment.
