PCEA无痛分娩联合气囊仿生助产术在初产妇自然分娩中的临床应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨PCEA无痛分娩联合气囊仿生助产术在初产妇自然分娩中的临床应用及效果评价。方法选取2018年1月-2019年3月选择自然分娩的初产妇作为研究对象,将其中只选择常规自然分娩的初产妇240例作为对照组,用自然分娩常规方案处理;选择PCEA无痛分娩联合气囊仿生助产术的初产妇232例作为观察组,在自然分娩常规处理方案基础上采取PCEA无痛分娩联合气囊仿生助产术(单扩法)。从分娩方式及围产情况、产程时间、产妇及家属满意度三方面进行比较。结果观察组阴道分娩率、产程时间、产妇及家属满意度均明显优于对照组,围产情况(产后出血及新生儿窒息)差异无统计学意义。结论PCEA无痛分娩联合气囊仿生助产术用于初产妇自然分娩中,可显著提高自然分娩率,缩短产程时间,提高产妇及家属满意度。 Objective To investigate the clinical application and effect evaluation of PCEA painless delivery combined with balloon bionic midwifery in parturients with natural delivery.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,240 parturients with natural delivery were selected as the control group and treated with the routine scheme of natural delivery.PCEA painless delivery combined with balloon bionic midwifery was selected as the observation group.PCEA painless delivery combined with balloon bionic midwifery(single expansion method)was used on the basis of the routine treatment of natural delivery.From The mode of delivery and parturition,the duration of labor and the satisfaction of parturients and their families were compared.Results The vaginal delivery rate,delivery time,maternal and family satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference in perioperative delivery(postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia).Conclusions PCEA painless delivery combined with balloon bionic midwifery can significantly improve the natural delivery rate,shorten the delivery time and improve the satisfaction of parturients and their families.
