摘要
通过观察膏霜中液晶的显微结构、粒径大小和分布以及对膏霜的稳定性考察,研究油相组成与配比对液晶形成及稳定性的影响。以日本日光公司的原料Nikkomulese LC为乳化剂,用将油相加入到水相的方法直接制得的O/W液晶乳化体系进行实验。研究结果表明,其液晶的形成和乳化体系的稳定性受到油相组成与配比的影响。增加高碳醇、固体油脂以及中等极性液体油脂的使用量,在一定程度上有利于液晶结构的形成与稳定。非极性液态油脂则用量少一些为宜,其在配方中的作用主要是调节肤感,对液晶形成并无帮助,同时还会增加乳化难度,对各个条件下的稳定性也有负面影响。
Effects of composition and constituent ratio of oil phase on formation of liquid crystals and stability of cream were researched through microscopic observation on the structure,particle size and distribution of liquid crystals and examination of the cream stability.An O/W liquid crystal emulsion system was obtained by adding oil phase into water phase directly with the use of Nikkomulese LC as the emulsifier which was supplied by NIKKO Chemicals Co.,Ltd.The results showed that the formation of liquid crystals and stability of cream were influenced by composition and constituent ratio of oil phase.Higher mass ratio of fatty alcohol,solid fats and medium-polar oil were beneficial to the formation and stability of homogeneous liquid crystal structure to a certain extent.Non-polar oil should be used in a smaller amount.Its function in the formula was mainly to regulate skin sensation.It was not helpful for the formation of liquid crystals,the difficulty of emulsification was also increased,and it had a negative impact on the stability of cream under various conditions.
