摘要 随着用户对车辆底盘性能要求的不断提高,实现底盘性能的自主开发与提升成为汽车企业车辆开发关注的重点内容,而且目前国内市场SUV车型销量巨大,针对SUV车型的特点,本文以某SUV车型底盘性能开发为例,在操纵稳定性、平顺性和转向性能方面进行研究。通过虚拟仿真分析方法为底盘性能开发提供了有效方法和有力的理论依据,同时,借助主观评价进行底盘性能调校,使车辆操纵稳定性和平顺性能达到最优,最后进行实车性能验证。 With the continuous improvement of users'requirements for chassis performance of the vehicle,the independent development and improvement of the chassis performance has become the focus of automotive companies'vehicle design,and the sales volume of SUV in the market is huge.Targeting the characteristics of SUV,taking the chassis performance development of an SUV as an example,this paper studies the handling,ride and steering performance of the vehicle.The virtual simulation analysis provides an effective method and a powerful theoretical basis for the chassis performance development.The chassis performance is tuned by subjective evaluation,so that handling and ride performance of the vehicle are optimized,and finally the performance of the vehicle is verified.
