精准扶贫视域下西藏农村公共体育服务建设的经济价值与社会效益被引量：5

Economic Value and Social Benefits of Tibetan Rural Public Sports Service Construction under the Perspective of Accurate Poverty Alleviation

摘要运用文献资料、实地调研等方法对精准扶贫视域下西藏农村公共体育服务建设的经济价值与社会效益进行研究,主要从精准扶贫与西藏农村公共体育服务建设二者之间的关系、精准扶贫视域下西藏农村公共体育服务建设的经济价值、精准扶贫视域下西藏农村公共体育服务建设的社会效益以及精准扶贫视域下西藏农村公共体育服务建设的发展路径等4个方面进行论述,旨在全面分析精准扶贫视域下西藏农村公共体育服务建设的经济价值和社会效益,为构建西藏农村公共体育服务体系建设提供理论支撑和前期论证。研究表明:精准扶贫视域下西藏农村公共体育服务建设的经济价值表现在增加西藏农村工作岗位和提升农民的劳动生产能力、推动西藏农村各项体育事业和其他相关产业发展、丰富广告门面的经济价值和加大冠名资金的投入等4个方面;精准扶贫视域下西藏农村公共体育服务建设的社会效益体现在推动新时代体育强国的实现、提升西藏体育普及程度、弘扬体育精神和维护西藏农村团结稳定。有鉴于此,提出精准扶贫视域下西藏农村公共体育服务建设的发展路径为:第一,把对大型公共体育场所转移到小型公共体育场所上;第二,完善西藏农村地区公共体育服务的建设;第三,加大对西藏农村体育宣传工作;第四,打造农村体育服务专业品牌,弘扬民族体育文化。 Using the methods of literature and field research to study the economic value and social benefits of rural public sports service construction in Tibet from the perspective of precise poverty alleviation,this paper mainly carries out its illustration from 4 aspects:the relationship between precision poverty alleviation and rural public sports service construction in Tibet;the perspective of poverty alleviation,the economic value of rural public sports service construction in Tibet;the social benefits of Tibet rural public sports service construction under the perspective of precise poverty alleviation,and the development path of Tibet rural public sports service construction under the perspective of precise poverty alleviation.It aims to comprehensively analyze the economic value and social benefits of rural public sports service construction in Tibet under the perspective of precise poverty alleviation,and provide theoretical support and preliminary argument for the construction of rural public sports service system in Tibet.The research shows that the economic value of rural public sports service construction in Tibet under the perspective of precision poverty alleviation is manifested in increasing the rural work in Tibet and improving the labor productivity of farmers,promoting the development of various sports in Tibet and other related industries,enriching the economy of advertising,and increasing naming right fund investment.The social benefits of the construction of rural public sports services in Tibet under the perspective of precise poverty alleviation are reflected in the realization of the new era of sports power,the promotion of Tibet's sports popularity,the promotion of sportsmanship and the maintenance of rural unity stability.In view of this,the development path of Tibet's rural public sports service construction under the perspective of precise poverty alleviation is as follows:first,transfer large public stadiums to small public stadiums;second,improve the construction of public sports services in rural areas of Tibet;third,increase the publicity work on rural sports in Tibet;fourth,build a professional brand of rural sports services and promote national sports culture.
