相变点可控的相变微胶囊制备与性能研究 被引量:3

Preparation and property of phase change microcapsule with controllable phase transition point

摘要 采用原位聚合法制备了含直链烷烃(芯)和密胺树脂(壳)的微胶囊,并运用Schroder公式计算芯材理论复配比,使其相变温度符合人体适宜温度。考察乳化剂用量、分散剂用量、乳化速率、乳化时间和预聚体滴加速度等因素对微胶囊包封工艺和物理性能的影响。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定出微胶囊相变材料的相变温度和相变焓,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等手段对微胶囊的形貌、化学成分和粒度分布进行了表征。结果表明:微胶囊制备的最优工艺条件为:乳化剂用量5%,分散剂用量2%,乳化速率8000r/min,乳化时间15min,预聚体倒入速度应为60min;微胶囊相变温度范围在19.52~31.30℃之间,并且具有较大的储能作用。 Microcapsules containing direct alkane(core)and melamine resin(shell)were prepared by in-situ polymerization.The theoretical compounding ratio of core material was calculated by Schroeder formula to make the phase transition temperature conform to the appropriate temperature of human body.The effects of emulsifier dosage,dispersant amount,emulsifying rate,emulsifying time and drop acceleration of prepolymer on the encapsulation process and physical properties of microcapsules were studied.The phase change temperature and enthalpy of phase change of microcapsules were measured by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The morphology,chemical composition and particle size distribution of microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The results shown that the optimum technological conditions for the preparation of microcapsules were as follows:the amount of emulsifier was 5%,the amount of dispersant was 2%,the emulsification rate was 8000 r/min,the emulsification time was 15 min,and the pouring speed of prepolymer should be 60 min.The phase change temperature of microcapsules was 19.52~31.30℃ and had a large energy storage effect.
