摘要
采用金属元素掺杂的方式改变纳米ZnS材料的晶体构造和能带结构,并引入新的电子跃迁,显著改善或提升其性能,拓宽其适用区间与应用范围,已成为国内外众多学者近年来持续关注的焦点。通过讨论特定金属元素掺杂给材料性质带来的具体影响,对不同金属元素掺杂的纳米ZnS材料在各个领域的应用进行了总结,介绍了金属掺杂纳米ZnS材料的制备方法,对金属掺杂ZnS纳米材料的发展前景进行了展望。
As its properties and characteristics can be greatly modified by regulating its band gap through metal doping treatment,doped ZnS nanomaterials find their wide applications in many areas like photoluminescence,electroluminescence,and photocatalytic degradation of organic dye in the past decades.By focusing on the concerned doping effects and an analysis on the latest progress in specific fields,achievements acquired in the recent years were summarized detailed,prospects on possible new metal doped ZnS nanomaterials and their potential applications were also presented herein accordingly.
