摘要
镁铝合金因具备优异的强度和冲击性能被广泛应用于航空航天、汽车以及电子产品等领域中,但由于金属镁的化学性质较为活泼,因此极易遭到腐蚀。针对这一问题,开展对镁铝合金的导电氧化和日常防护研究。首先分别对镁铝合金导电氧化流程中的使用设备、使用材料以及基本步骤进行详细的说明,再通过对镁铝合金的腐蚀及导电氧化的性能测试进行研究,提出镁铝合金日常防护的方法,为镁铝合金的应用前景提供理论依据。
Magnesium-aluminum alloys are widely used in aerospace,automobile and electronic products because of their excellent strength and impact properties,but they are highly susceptible to corrosion because of their active chemical properties.In view of this problem,conducting oxidation and daily protection of magnesium-aluminum alloys are studied.Firstly,the equipment,materials and basic steps in the process of conducting oxidation of magnesium-aluminum alloy are described in detail,then the corrosion and conductive oxidation properties of magnesium-aluminum alloy are studied,and the method of daily protection of magnesium-aluminum alloy is put forward,which provides theoretical basis for the application prospect of magnesium-aluminum alloy.
