摘要
目的:探讨针对性人文护理联合中医药治疗应用于妇科手术中的效果.方法:选择2019年1-2019年12月青岛市即墨区中医医院收治的接受手术治疗的妇科患者116例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各58例.采用常规妇科手术护理模式对对照组患者实施围手术期护理;采用针对性人文护理模式并辅以中医药治疗对观察组患者实施围手术期护理.分别对于对照组和观察组患者,采用妇科围手术期不同的护理模式,包括满意度、有无出现术后并发症、手术治疗方案实施总时间等三项内容作为观察评价指标.在治愈出院的前一天,分别对常规护理模式的患者(对照组)和针对性人文护理措施辅以中医药治疗的患者(观察组)进行满意度调查,分别为满意、基本满意、不满意三个等级,由患者及家属不记名自行评定.评价两组患者有无术后并发症发生.依照病历核算两组患者住院总时间.结果:对照组患者对围手术期原有护理服务模式满意度为82.76%(48/58);观察组患者对围手术期针对性人文护理辅以中医药治疗模式满意度为94.83%(55/58).对照组患者手术治疗方案实施时间共计(9±2)d;观察组患者手术治疗方案实施时间共计(7±1)d.结论:对围手术期的患者全程实施针对性人文护理措施辅以中医药治疗,有助于缓解患者所承受的精神和经济压力,能够缩短住院治疗时间,是行之有效的护理模式.
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted humanistic nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine in gynecology operation.Methods:From January to December 2019,116 gynecological patients who received surgical treatment in Jimo district Chinese Medicine Hospital,Qingdao were randomly divided into control group and observation group,58 cases each.The routine gynecology operation nursing mode was used to carry out the perioperative nursing for the patients in the control group,and the targeted humanistic nursing mode was used with the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to carry out the perioperative nursing for the patients in the observation group.For the patients in the control group and the observation group,different perioperative nursing modes were adopted,including satisfaction,postoperative complications,and the total time for the implementation of the surgical treatment plan.On the day before the treatment and discharge,the patients with conventional nursing mode(control group)and the patients with targeted humanistic nursing measures supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine(observation group)were investigated for satisfaction,which were divided into three levels:satisfaction,basic satisfaction and dissatisfaction.The patients and their families were assessed by themselves in anonymity.To evaluate the postoperative complications of the two groups.According to the medical records,the total length of stay of the two groups was calculated.Results:The patients in the control group were 82.76%(48/58)satisfied with the original nursing service mode in the perioperative period,while the patients in the observation group were 94.83%(55/58)satisfied with the humanistic nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment mode in the perioperative period.The implementation time of the surgical treatment plan in the control group was(9±2)days,and that in the observation group was(7±1)days.Conclusion:It is an effective nursing mode to carry out humanistic nursing measures in the whole process of perioperative patients with the help of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,which is helpful to relieve the mental and economic pressure of patients and shorten the time of hospitalization.
