摘要
近年来,随着经济全球化的快速发展,中国国际地位的提升及其加大对外开发开放的必然趋势,位于中国西南端的东兴市与邻国越南的区域性合作显得尤为重要与必要.2010年6月29日,中国明确提出"积极建设广西东兴、云南瑞丽、内蒙古满洲里等重点开发开放试验区".2012年8月17日,重点开发开放试验区建设工作会议在东兴市召开,全面启动重点开发开放试验区建设.东兴市是中国京族的聚居地,其民族特色语言与越南语有着异曲同工之处,在中国经济发展和东兴市开发开放的社会大背景下进行区域性民族语言教育势在必行.越南语的教育在东兴有何优势所在?越南语教育在东兴市的现状及前景如何,有何必要性?本文对此进行简单的刍议与浅析.
In recent years,with the rapid development of economic globalization,the promotion of China's international status and the inevitable trend of increasing its opening up to the outside world,the regional cooperation between Dongxing City,located in the southwest of China,and neighboring Vietnam is particularly important and necessary.On June 29,2010,China clearly proposed to"actively build Guangxi Dongxing,Yunnan Ruili,Inner Mongolia Manzhouli and other key development and opening experimental areas".On August 17,2012,the construction meeting of key development and opening experimental zone was held in Dongxing City,and the construction of key development and opening experimental zone was launched in an all-round way.Dongxing City is the settlement of Beijing nationality in China.Its national characteristic language is similar to Vietnamese.It is imperative to carry out regional national language education under the background of China's economic development and Dongxing City's development and opening up.What are the advantages of Vietnamese education in Dongxing?What is the current situation and Prospect of Vietnamese education in Dongxing City?Why is it necessary?This paper makes a simple discussion and analysis.
