摘要
为了解医保按病种分值付费对医院管理的影响,对按病种分值付费的含义和优势进行了探讨。医保按病种分值付费对医院管理产生的影响主要体现在积极影响和消极影响两方面。提出了实行医保按病种分值付费方式的优化策略:加强对患者病例资料的管理,加强对医院的成本控制,加强对医院的监管力度,以此有效控制医保基金的超支情况,在提高医院经济效益的同时又优化了社会医保制度。
In order to understand the impact of medical insurance payment based on disease type on hospital management,the meaning and advantages of payment based on disease type were discussed.The impact of medical insurance payment based on the value of disease on hospital management is mainly reflected in positive and negative effects.The optimization strategy of implementing the medical insurance payment method according to the type of disease is proposed:strengthening the management of patient case data,strengthening the cost control of the hospital,and strengthening the supervision of the hospital,so as to effectively control the overspending of the medical insurance fund and improve the hospital benefit And optimize the social medical insurance system.
