摘要
以GB4230带锯机为研究对象,对其液压送料机构进行数控化改造。改造设计了机械结构和液压系统。并以三菱Q系列PLC为控制核心设计了控制模块,同时分配了I/O接线点,规划编制了自动运行程序。改造后该送料机构能够实现自动送料、停止并自动返回,送料精度高,重复定位精度高。
Taking GB4230 band-sawing machine as the research object,the hydraulic feeding mechanism of GB4230 band-sawing machine was reformed to CNC transformation. The mechanical structure and hydraulic system weremodification design. And taking MITSUBISHIQ series PLC as the control core,the control module was designed.At the same time,I/O connection points were allocated,and automatic operation program was programmed. After transformation,the feeding mechanism can realize automatic feeding,stopping and returning,with high feeding accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
