摘要 为适应当前新能源技术的发展,设计了一套集生产、教学、科研、实验于一体的校园微电网系统。系统包括光伏(包含单晶、多晶、双玻3种不同类型光伏组件),风力(包含水平与垂直两套风力系统)、蓄电池储能、模拟输电线路以及微网的监控与调度系统。此外,考虑到实验室所建设地区的气候条件,还配备有双馈异步与永磁同步两套风力发电仿真系统。系统具有对参数的实时监控功能,能实现孤岛/并网/生产/实验等单个运行和各种运行方式自由组合,并得到较好的结果。本文详细介绍了微电网系统的各个子系统及能源管理及监控系统。通过对该项目研究有助于了解城市与农村电网中分布式能源的并网规划设计与运行技术,为今后在市场大规模推广应用积累相关经验。 In order to adapt to the development of new energy technology,a campus microgrid system integrating production,teaching,scientific research and experiment is designed.The system includes photovoltaic(three different types of photovoltaic modules:single crystal,polycrystal and double glass),wind(horizontal and vertical two wind systems),battery energy storage,and analog transmission lines and micro-grid monitoring and scheduling system,in addition.In consideration of the climatic conditions in the laboratory construction area,it is also equipped with two sets of doubly-fed asynchronous and permanent magnet synchronous wind power simulation systems.The system has a function to real-timely monitor various parameters,and can achieve a single operation such as island/grid connection/production/experiment and free combination of various operation modes,which can obtain better results.This article details each subsystem of the microgrid system and the energy management and monitoring system.The research on this project will help to understand the grid planning design and operation technology of distributed energy in urban and rural power grids,and accumulate relevant experience for large-scale promotion and application in the market in the future.
