摘要
针对厚煤层大采高液压支架在智能化工作面自动控制时存在的动作多、时间长、移架效果差、适应的采煤机速度慢等问题,对提高大采高液压支架自动动作效率的方法进行了研究,详细介绍了大采高液压支架的自动动作的步序,提出了改善液压支架跟随采煤机速度自动动作的方法。试验表明,采用合理的自动动作步序和工艺方法组合,能够提高厚煤层大采高液压支架的自动跟机效率和效果。
In view that the intelligent working face automatic control of the large mining height hydraulic support has many movement,long time,poor effect of shifting,the slow speed adapt to the shearer and other problems,a method that improves the automatic action efficiency of the large mining height hydraulic support was studied.The automatic action sequence of the large mining height hydraulic support was introduced in detail.Put forward the method of improving the hydraulic support automatic action following the speed of the shearer.The test shows that the use of a reasonable combination of automatic step sequence and process method can improve the automatic following efficiency and effect of large mining height hydraulic support in thick coal seam.
