摘要
针对电能表运行全生命周期的特点,采取分层分阶段的方式对电能表的运行质量进行检验,设计相应的抽样方案,抽样检验模型,从而保障电能表运行的质量。
According to the characteristics of the whole life cycle of electric energy meter operation,this paper adopts the way of layer and stage to inspect the operation quality of electric energy meter,designs the corresponding sampling plan and sampling inspection model,so as to guarantee the operation quality of electric energy meter.
