摘要
近年来,越来越多的企业通过开展对标管理,不断挖掘企业内部潜力、加强管理、科学决策,有效提升了管理水平和综合竞争力。结合化工销售企业对标管理工作实践,分析了化工销售企业通过构建体系、选定指标、推进实施和应用结果四个环节实施对标管理的过程,对实践中的关键问题进行思考,并提出了解决思路。
In recent years,more and more enterprises constantly excavate the internal potential;strengthen the management and make scientific decisions through having carried out the benchmarking management,to improve their level of management and comprehensive competitiveness.Based on the practicing of benchmarking management in chemical sales enterprises,this paper analyzes the process of implementing benchmarking management in chemical sales enterprises through four links:construction system,selection of indicators,promotion of implementation and application results.Also thinking about the key problems in practicing and putting forward the solutions.
