机场出租车载客策略的合理设计

A Feasible Strategy for Carrying Passengers by Taxis at the Airport

摘要 根据机场蓄车池中车辆数和航班乘客数等数据,得出司机初步判断去留的指标,再根据等待燃油费、空载燃油费和市区载客收费等量值,得出司机的单位时间效益;在此基础上,建立了出租车司机的选择决策模型;基于经典排队论的方法建立"乘车区"乘车效率模型,通过数据模拟得出具体的优化方案;最后,通过设定时间收益比均衡值设计"优先权"判定准则,确定"优先权"分配方案。 According to the numbers of taxi in the airport parking lots and passengers of specific flights,the index that whether taxi drivers should leave or not is obtained.And thus,another index of the profit per hour of taxi drivers is obtained according to the variables,such as fuel costs of waiting and driving without passengers and the fee of carrying passengers.Based on the two indexes,an optimum decision model for taxis drivers is built.Another model,the vehicle efficiency in“boarding area”,is made by applying the queuing theory.Then a specific optimization plan is worked out through data simulation.Finally,by setting the equilibrium value of the time-to-earnings ratio,the“priority”judgment guideline is designed and the“priority”allocation plan is determined.
