摘要
城市蔬菜供需平衡是城市经济发展、社会稳定的重要保障。利用沈阳市多年统计年鉴数据,从蔬菜种植面积、蔬菜产量、蔬菜消费量等方面评估沈阳市自产蔬菜供给能力,对沈阳市蔬菜供需平衡进行分析。分析结果表明:沈阳市蔬菜种植面积和产量呈现总体增加的趋势,但城市居民年蔬菜消费量较为稳定,且在全市蔬菜年产量中占较小比重。所以沈阳市蔬菜不但能够供给本市,还能够供给周围城市蔬菜消费。
The balance between supply and demand of urban vegetables is an important guarantee for urban economic development and social stability.Based on the Statistical Yearbook data of Shenyang,this paper make an assessment of the supply capacity of urban self-produced vegetables from the aspects of vegetable planting area,vegetable production,and vegetable consumption.
