摘要
云南建设“面向南亚东南亚经济贸易辐射中心”是当前经济社会发展的战略性决策,基于“增长极”视角探讨了面向南亚东南亚经济贸易辐射中心的内涵与启示,分析了“辐射中心”建设的贸易现状及存在的问题。针对云南建设“辐射中心”存在自身经济实力较弱、基础设施滞后、与周边省份竞争激烈等问题,提出了加快云南经济发展、短期围绕发挥航空优势来发展产业、利用西部陆海新通道”推进“辐射中心”等建议,为云南加快“辐射中心”建设提供参考。
′Making Yunnan an economic trade pivot of China′s opening-up to South and Southeast Asia′is a strategy for the development of the current economy.From the perspective of′growth pole′,the connotation and enlightenment of the trade pivot were explored,and the trade situation and problems in the construction of trade pivot were analyzed.In view of the weak economic strength,lagging infrastructure,and competition with neighboring provinces,suggestions for accelerating economic development,developing industry with air transportation,propelling the development of trade pivot by using the new land-sea opening in Western China were proposed to provide a reference for accelerating the construction of the trade pivot in Yunnan.
