摘要
以漂白阔叶木浆为原料,研究亚临界乙醇/水纯化处理对木浆纤维特性的影响。通过控制预处理温度和时间,考察纯化浆得率和纤维素相对含量的变化规律,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对预处理后木浆纤维的形态特征、化学结构以及结晶度进行表征分析。结果显示:当预处理温度180℃,时间180 min时,纯化浆得率为93.30%,纤维素相对含量达到87.79%,相比原料提高8.43%;SEM显示,此时纤维出现分丝帚化,纤维表面出现褶皱并暴露出大量微纤丝;XRD研究发现,此时结晶度达到76.40%,相比原料提高22.69%。
The effect of subcritical aqueous ethanol pretreatment on the properties of bleached hardwood pulp cellulose was studied. The pulp yield and the cellulose relative content varying with pretreatment temperature and time were investigated,and then the morphological characteristics,chemical structure and the crystallinity were analyzed by SEM,FT-IR and XRD. The max values of the pulp yield and the cellulose relative content were 93.30% and 87.79% respectively while it was pretreated at 180 ℃ and 180 min with aqueous ethanol. SEM showed that the surface of the pretreated cellulose was wrinkled and lots of microfibrils appeared,and XRD showed that the crystallinity value of the pretreated cellulose reached 76.40% which was about 22.69% higher than the raw material.
