摘要
夏热冬暖地区某大型公共建筑为实现更低能耗,应用多项被动式节能技术。本文用TRANSYS建筑能耗模拟软件对此设计建筑进行了能耗模拟与分析,结果表明:设计建筑单位面积能耗为47.13 k Wh/m2,建筑节能率高于75%,其中空调系统能耗占比最大,在空调系统能耗中冷机、风机、输配能耗所占比例分别为54%、31%、15%。进一步说明被动式节能技术应用是实现建筑节能的重要发展方向,本研究建筑应用技术体系能够为夏热冬暖地区建筑实现更低能耗提供可借鉴依据。
A large public building takes many measures to achieve lower energy consumption. It is simulated and analyzed the energy consumption of design building with Transys tools. The results indicted that the average electricity consumption of design building was 47.13 k Wh per building floor area, building energy efficiency is higher than 75%, of which the air-conditioning system accounts for the largest proportion of energy consumption. For the air-conditioning system, chillers, fans and transportation and distribution occupied 54%, 31%, 15%. It further showed that passive energy-saving technology application was an important development direction of building energy-saving. The research on building application technology system could provide reference for building energy consumption in hot summer and warm winter areas.
