沙格列汀联合精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液对2型糖尿病患者的疗效影响被引量：5

摘要目的:探究沙格列汀联合精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床效果。方法:选取2016年3月-2018年5月我院T2DM患者77例,按随机数字表法分试验组(n=39)、对照组(n=38)。对照组以精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液治疗,试验组于对照组基础上加用沙格列汀治疗。对比两组治疗前及治疗3个月后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)水平、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)、不良反应。结果:治疗3个月后试验组FPG、2hPG、GHb低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后两组Homa-IR均有不同程度改善,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:沙格列汀联合精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液治疗T2DM能有效改善胰岛功能,调节血糖代谢,且不良反应少,安全性高。
