摘要
目的分析手术室细节护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者加压空心螺钉内固定手术中的应用价值。方法随机选取该院于2018年1月-2019年1月期间收治的100例实施加压空心螺钉内固定手术的老年患者,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组行手术室的常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行了细节护理。对两组患者患者护理质量评分和对手术室护理工作的满意度进行对比。结果对比两组患者护理质量评分,观察组患者护理后护理质量评分明显高于对照组,观察组与对照组的服务调度评分分别为(79.51±7.59)分、(47.23±6.31)分,两组护理质量评分分别为(85.69±5.23)分、(43.66±2.35)分差异有统计学意义(t=4.570,4.140,P<0.05),患者对于手术室的护理质量的满意程度比对照组高,分别为差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.300,P<0.05)。结论对老年股骨颈骨折患者加压空心螺钉内固定患者加强手术室细节护理,可使患者不良情绪得到缓解,提高患者的治疗依从性和对手术室护理工作的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application value of operating room detail nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures with compression cannulated screw internal fixation.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients radom selection who underwent compression cannulated screw internal fixation in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 in each group.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group received detailed nursing based on the routine nursing.The two groups of patients were compared for their quality of nursing care and their satisfaction with the nursing work in the operating room.Results Comparing the nursing quality scores of the two groups,the nursing quality scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The service scheduling scores of the observation group and the control group were(79.51±7.59)points,(47.23±6.31)points.They were(85.69±5.23)points,(43.66±2.35)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.570,4.140,P<0.05).Patients were more satisfied with the quality of care in the operating room than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=4.300,P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening detailed nursing care in the operating room for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures treated with compression cannulated screws can relieve the patient's adverse emotions,improve patient compliance and satisfaction with the nursing work in the operating room.
