摘要
为克服PC构件厂选址受主观因素影响较多的弊端,通过运用AHP和GIS技术为其选址提供一种定性和定量分析相结合的方法。首先分析PC构件厂在建设、生产和运营阶段的特殊性;其次,应用AHP法建立选址指标体系并确定权重,认为政策条件、产业环境、经济因素和产业链间的影响是主要因素;然后,基于在特定选址区域内政策和经济等宏观因素基本一致的考量,将影响选址的可矢量化因素利用GIS技术进行空间分析,通过缓冲区分析和加权叠加分析得到最优选址区域。并以武汉市汉南区PC构件厂选址决策过程进行实证,缩小了构件厂的选址范围,让选址位置更加精确。结果表明该方法具有较高的准确性和较好的适用性。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of PC component factory location which is influenced by subjective factors,a method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis is provided by using AHP and GIS technology.Firstly,the particularity of PC component factory in construction,production and operation stage is analyzed;Secondly,AHP method is used to establish the index system of location selection and determine the weight.The main factors are policy conditions,industrial environment,economic factors and the influence of industrial chain;Then,based on the consideration that the macro factors such as policy and economy are basically the same in a specific location area,the vector quantitative factors that affect the location are analyzed by using GIS technology,and the optimal location area is obtained by buffer zone analysis and weighted superposition analysis.In the decision-making process of PC factory location in Hannan District of Wuhan,site selection range of the PC factory is reduced,and the site selection is more accurate.The results show that this method has higher accuracy and better applicability.
