摘要
树突状细胞相关C型凝集素1(Dectin-1)是模式识别受体(PRRs)家族重要的组成之一,在抗真菌的固有免疫中发挥了重要作用,而且还能和β-葡聚糖特异性结合通过诱导胞内信号传导而介导多种细胞反应。本文将对Dectin-1的结构、信号通路、与其他受体的相互作用和在固有免疫和适应性免疫调节方面的作用予以综述。
Dendritic-cell-associated C-type lectin 1(Dectin-1)is an important member of pattern recognition receptors(PRRs),which can induce its own intracellular signaling and can mediate a variety of cellular responses,and plays an important role in antifungal immunity due to its ability to bindβ-glucans.In this review,we aim to draw together current knowledge of its structure,signaling pathways,interactions with other pattern recognition receptors(PRRs),the role of immunomodulation in innate and adaptive immunity.
