摘要
以某结构复杂的超高层项目为例,对带悬挂层的支撑-框架钢结构安装关键施工技术进行研究,主要包括安装流程、焊接顺序、悬挂方体施工等。通过施工模拟分析,采取分配桁架+支撑胎架+支撑柱+临时桁架的临时支撑措施进行悬挂方体安装,确保了钢结构的安装精度和施工安全,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Taking a super high-ise project with complex structure as an example,the key construction technology for the installation of support-frame steel structure with suspended layer is studied,mainly including the installation process,welding sequence,construction of suspended cubic frame,etc.Through the construction simulation analysis,the temporary support measures for distibuting truss+support jig+support column+temporary truss are adopted to install the suspended cube,which ensures the installation accuracy and construction safety of the steel structure,and can provide reference for similar projects.
