摘要
本文梳理了近年来国内外学者在消费者行为研究方面的成果,归纳了各学科对消费者行为的定义,概述了技术接受理论模型、计划行为理论等消费者行为研究的典型理论基础以及消费者行为的传统探究模式,从消费者购买动机、消费者购买过程、消费者行为影响因素三个方面,简要介绍了国内外学者的主要研究观点,说明了消费者行为研究的常用方法,以期加深对消费者行为研究问题的客观认识。
This article summarizes the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in consumer behavior research in recent years,summarizes the definitions of consumer behavior in various disciplines,and outlines the typical theoretical foundations of consumer behavior research such as technology acceptance theory models and planning behavior theory and the traditional inquiry model of consumer behavior,briefly introduces the main research perspectives of domestic and foreign scholars from three aspects:consumer purchase motivation,consumer purchase process and consumer behavior influencing factors,and explains the common methods of consumer behavior research in order to deepen the objective understanding of consumer behavior research issues.
