摘要 为了对选煤厂设备进行实时监控,在分析原煤分级筛、旋流器、带式输送机等关键设备的基础上,以S7-300 PLC为核心设计了选煤厂监控系统,对相关监控模块进行选型,包括加速度传感器、位移传感器等,实现了对选煤厂设备的实时监控。并结合模糊控制算法,设计煤仓瓦斯浓度监测模块,保障了生产过程的安全。 In order to monitor the equipment of the preparation plant in real time,based on the analysis of key equipment such as raw coal classification screens,cyclones,belt conveyors,etc.,a coal preparation plant monitoring system was designed with S7-300 as the core.Type selection of relevant monitoring modules,including acceleration sensor,displacement sensor,etc.,to achieve real-time monitoring of preparation plant equipment,and combined with fuzzy control algorithm,design coal bunker gas concentration monitoring module to ensure the safety of the production process.
