摘要
为了科学有效地指导装备维修,提高武器装备的完好率,通过对武器系统全生命周期的可靠性、维修性进行建模,考虑装备在离散条件下抽样测试产生的小子样信息,分析装备的损耗和故障机理,并基于随机物理退化模型和剩余寿命预测制定维修决策,为武器装备的维修保障和备件库存的战略储备提供理论依据和技术支持。
To guide equipment maintenance scientifically and effectively,and to improve the operational readiness of weapon equipment.Considered the few samples under discrete conditions analyzing,a model of reliability and maintainability for weapon system is proposed on full life.Based on the stochastic physical degradation and residual life prediction,maintenance strategy is made by analyzing the fault mechanism.And that provides theoretical basis and technical support for the maintenance support of weapon equipment and strategic reserve of spare parts inventory.
