摘要
将A3报告这个工具运用到质量管理体系中,通过识别体系运行过程中发现的共性问题,组建团队创建质量体系共性项目,从项目的识别、进度的监控、项目的验收,并采用共性项目间成果的推广及共享。
To apply a report of this tool in the quality management system,by identifying common problems found in system operation process,to form a team to create quality system project,from the identification,the progress of the project monitoring,project acceptance,and USES the commonness between project achievement promotion and sharing,eventually to improve product quality,reduce operating costs,improve work efficiency.
