摘要
我国超(超)临界锅炉普遍存在高温蒸汽氧化现象和氧化皮问题。高温蒸汽缓蚀技术是超临界水氧化技术(SCWO)的应用,其技术原理是通过化学方法来抑制和减缓高温氧化反应。应用该技术有助于超(超)临界机组实现理想运行工况和节能减排。
The phenomenon of high temperature steam oxidation and oxide scale commonly exists in superheater and reheater of supercritical boiler&Ultra Supercritical Boiler in the whole country.The corrosion inhibition technology about superheater and reheater of supercritical boiler is based on supercritical water oxidation(SCWO)technology.Its technical principles is inhibiting and mitigating the high temperature oxidation reaction rate of superheater and reheater of supercritical boiler by chemical methods(adding Corrosion inhibitor(DFS)).The application of inhibiting technology helps to achieve ideal operating conditions,energy saving and emission reduction about supercritical boiler.
