二氧化碳点阵激光治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨二氧化碳(CO2)点阵激光治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法:以本院为单位,在2017年9月~2019年9月选取所收治的瘢痕疙瘩患者54例,将其依据随机数字表法均分成两组,对照组27例单纯给予曲安奈德注射液治疗,观察组27例采用CO2点阵激光治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组偏高(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:针对瘢痕疙瘩患者,采用CO2点阵激光来治疗,效果好,不良反应少,临床应用价值突出。 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of carbon dioxide(CO2)lattice laser in the treatment of keloids.Methods:Based on our hospital,between September 2017 and September 2019,54 keloid patients were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with triamcinolone alone.In the injection group,27 patients in the observation group were treated with CO2 lattice laser,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with keloids,the use of CO2 lattice laser for treatment is effective,has few adverse reactions,and has outstanding clinical application value.
