摘要
随着我国建筑工程范围的扩大,各类建筑工程数量日益增多,伴随而来的建筑招投标也越来越多。因此,如何更好地开展建筑招投标工作,尽可能规避招投标过程中存在的潜藏风险隐患,也成为建筑企业需重点解决的问题之一。笔者主要阐述了目前建筑招投标过程中可能出现的风险及其相应的解决措施,希望可以为日后建筑行业的发展提供一定的帮助及支持。
With the expansion of the scope of construction projects in China,the number of all kinds of construction projects is increasing day by day,accompanied by more and more construction bidding.Therefore,how to carry out the construction bidding work better and avoid the hidden risks in the bidding process as much as possible has become one of the key problems that construction enterprises need to solve.In this paper,the author mainly expounds the possible risks in the process of construction bidding and the corresponding solutions,hoping to provide some help and support for the better development of the construction industry in the future.
