摘要
开展抑菌剂的配制试验,使用黄原胶与盐水复配得到抑菌剂,并将其喷洒于经常规清洗方法清洗后的设备表面。结果表明,该抑菌剂可相对持久的使设备表面处于高盐环境,从而起到了较好的抑菌效果。
In this paper,a preparation method of bacteriostatic agent is studied.The bacteriostatic agent,which is compounded by xanthan gum and salt water,is sprayed on the surface of the equipment cleaned by conventional cleaning method,which can make the equipment surface in a high salt environment for a relatively long time and have a high bacteriostatic effect.
