摘要
针对锂离子电池在不同环境温度下容量不同的问题,以18650锂离子电池作为测试对象,把受试锂离子电池放入高低温潮热试验箱内,在-30℃~40℃间设置不同的温度对其进行储存,使锂离子电池的温度与高低温潮热试验箱内的温度保持一致,然后通过蓝电电池测试系统进行容量测试,在10℃~40℃之间容量变化不大;而在0℃~10℃之间容量变化较为明显;-30℃~0℃之间容量变化非常明显,-30℃时的容量仅为常温(25℃)时的58%左右。测试结果表明:环境温度对锂离子电池容量有直接影响,随着环境温度的变化,锂离子电池容量也在变化,在-30℃~40℃间温度越高容量就越大,反之亦然。
For the issue of different capacities of lithium-ion batteries at different ambient temperatures,the 18650 lithium-ion battery was taken as the test object,and it was placed in a high and low temperature hot flash test chamber,then stored at different temperatures between-30℃and 40℃to keep its temperature consistent with the temperature in the chamber.After which,the capacity test was conducted with the use of the land battery test system.The capacity change was not significant between 10℃~40℃,which was more obvious between 0℃~10℃.The capacity change was very obvious between-30℃~0℃,and the capacity at-30℃was only about 58%of that at normal temperature(25℃).The test results show that the ambient temperature has a direct influence on the capacity of the lithium-ion battery.With the change of the ambient temperature,the capacity also changes.The higher the temperature between-30℃~40℃,the greater the capacity,and vice versa.
