淮河干流河南段基本生态流量保证率研究 被引量:16

Research on the Guarantee Rate of Basic Ecological Flow in the Main Stream of the Huaihe River in Henan Section

摘要 科学确定基本生态流量对维持河流控制断面生态环境用水需求具有重要意义。以淮河干流河南段为研究对象,选取长台关站、息县站和淮滨站为主要控制断面,采用最小月平均流量法、近10年最枯月平均流量法、流量历时曲线法和蒙大拿法4种水文学方法对淮河干流河南段的基本生态流量进行计算,以月为单位评估了1951-2015年期间月平均、丰水年、平水年、枯水年、汛期和非汛期相应断面的基本生态流量保证率。结果表明:①从长台关站到淮滨站基本生态流量依次增大,长台关站、息县站和淮滨站的基本生态流量分别为3.41、11.43、16.97 m^3/s。②淮河干流河南段丰水年的基本生态流量保证率最高,其次为平水年的,枯水年的最低,且汛期基本生态流量保证率大于非汛期基本生态流量保证率。③淮河干流河南段月平均、丰水年、平水年、枯水年、汛期、非汛期的基本生态流量保证率基本表现为息县站的最高,其次是淮滨站的,长台关站的最低。研究结果可为河流生态调度提供科学支撑。 The scientific determination of basic ecological flow is of great significance for maintaining the water demand of ecological environment in river control section. This paper took the main stream of Huaihe River in Henan section as the research object, Changtaiguan Station, Xixian Station and Huaibin Station were selected as the main control sections. The basic ecological flow of the Huaihe River in Henan section was calculated by using four hydrological methods: the minimum monthly average flow method, the lowest monthly average flow method in the past 10 years, the flow duration curve method, and the Montana method. Based on the monthly unit, the basic ecological flow guarantee rate of the corresponding sections in the monthly average, high flow year, normal flow year, low flow year, flood season and non-flood season were evaluated from 1951 to 2015. The results are as follows. Firstly, the basic ecological flow from Changtaiguan Station to Huaibin Station increases sequentially, and the basic ecological flows of Changtaiguan Station, Xixian Station and Huaibin Station are 3.41 m^3/s, 11.43 m^3/s and 16.97 m^3/s, respectively. Secondly, the guarantee rate of basic ecological flow in the main stream of Huaihe River in Henan section is the highest in the high flow year, followed by the normal flow year and the lowest in the low flow year. The guarantee rate of basic ecological flow in flood season is higher than that in non-flood season. The basic ecological flow assurance rate of the main stream of Huaihe River in Henan section in the monthly average, high flow year, normal flow year, low flow year, flood season and non-flood season is the highest in Xixian Station, followed by Huaibin Station and the lowest in Changtaiguan Station. The research can provide scientific support for river ecological regulation.
