摘要
在跨境电商快速发展、人才需求缺口巨大的背景下,培养具有创新意识和创业实践能力的实用型、技能型跨境电商人才是解决人才缺口困境的重要途径。我院与新思路联合共建大学生跨境电商创新创业实践基地,校企双方以职业目标为导向,以职业能力培养为核心,以职业素质教育为依托,共同培养具有创新精神和创业实践能力的跨境电商人才,满足粤港澳大湾区建设和跨境电商行业发展对高素质技术技能型人才的需求。
With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and the huge gap in talent demand,it is an important way to solve the talent gap dilemma by training practical and skilled cross-border e-commerce talents with innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability.Our school and“The New Idea”jointly build an innovation and venture practice base of cross-border e-commerce,guided by career objectives,centered on the cultivation of vocational ability,and supported by professional quality education.Both sides cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,so as to meet the needs of high-quality technical skilled personnel for the construction of the Greater Bay Area and the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.
