摘要
针对锅炉水塞爆管防控问题,从炉内烟气侧分布不均、蒸汽侧介质流量分配不均、对流受热面吸热偏差3个方面,结合锅炉运行操作方法,分析了水塞爆管发生的原因。结合某电厂水塞案例,对水塞爆管前的锅炉参数特征、水塞爆管后的宏观形貌和微观组织等进行了分析,指出发生水塞后过热器出口温度会出现突降现象,减温器后蒸汽过热度太低是水塞的重要原因之一,当水塞严重时,受热面管子发生短时过热而产生胀粗甚至严重扭曲。并进一步分析了常用预防水塞措施的不足之处,结合锅炉减温水、旁路的使用等提出了防止锅炉水塞爆管的热工保护措施。
Aiming at the prevention and control of boiler water plug pipe blasting problems,combined with the analysis on the boiler operation methods,this paper analyzes the causes of water plug blasting pipe from three aspects:uneven distribution of flue gas in the furnace,uneven distribution of medium flow on the steam side,and heat absorption deviation on the convection heating surface.Taking the water plug case in some power plant as an example,by analyzing the parameters before water plug tube blasting and the macro and micro fracture morphology after the tube blasting,this article studies that one of the important reasons for the water plug blasting pipe problem is the serious thick or even distortion caused by short-term overheating of the tube surface.The author further analyses the disadvantages of measures used to prevent water plug,and proposed some thermal protection measures to prevent boiler water plug pipe explosion.
