摘要
人员素质测评课程是一门实践性较强的课程,传统教学方式仅仅注重理论传授及模拟案例的分析,缺少情境性和操作性,培养出的毕业生素质与企业实际岗位需求不匹配。在"互联网+"教育的背景下,将智慧课堂工具云班课与PBL模式充分结合应用于人员素质测评教学改革,通过对教学目标、教学内容、教学组织、课程评价体系进行再设计,使学生在仿真问题情境下进行实践操作。学生通过自主学习、小组合作探究等形式解决问题,在加深对学科知识理解的同时,提高自主学习能力、团队合作能力及问题解决能力,充分适应市场对测评人才的需求。
The personnel quality assessment course is a highly practical course,but the traditional teaching method only focused on theoretical teaching and analysis of virtual cases.Due to the lack of context and operability of the cases,the quality of the graduates did not match the actual job requirements of the company.Therefore,in the context of Internet+education,the ombination of cloud class and Problem-based Learning model was fully applied to the reform of Personnel Quality Assessment.In order for students to practice in the context of simulation problems,teachers redesigned the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching organization and curriculum evaluation system.Students solved problems through self-study,group cooperation,etc.So as to deepened students’understanding of theoretical knowledge,it also improved autonomous learning ability,teamwork ability and problem solving ability,made the quality of students adapt to the market demand for evaluation talents.
